We pay particular attention to a prompt dispatch of your items and endeavour to post your parcel the next working day if it is purchased before 2pm. If the order is placed after this time, we will process it the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive and non-working days are Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays.

The delivery times stated on each item is an estimated time based on the type of delivery offered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the item and we reserve the right to change the delivery method provided. Parcels are sent using either Royal Mail or one of our reputable courier firms.  

Usual delivery time is 4 to 5 working days after dispatch depending on method used. However, Royal Mail state that they can take up to 10 working days for delivery. If you have not received your item after 10 working days, please contact us at Areas such as Highlands, Islands and more remote locations may take slightly longer.

You may have the option to upgrade your delivery method at an additional cost, dependant on the products that you are purchasing and your postcode.

If your item is being sent using a tracked delivery service, tracking details will be made available for you and it will require a signature on delivery. If there is nobody available to take the delivery and sign for the item a “while you were out” card will be left with information and instructions for you to follow.

If an item is returned to us from Royal Mail or a courier because of a failed delivery and you did not make arrangements to redeliver or collect the parcel, we will resend the item when the full cost of redelivery is made. We incur non delivery return costs from couriers which will then be passed onto the buyer. If goods require re-delivery, you may be subject to a surcharge.

We only ship to PayPal registered and verified addresses. If you require the item to be shipped to a different address please let us know by emailing us at at the time of purchase and we shall do our best to meet your needs.

If your item requires a courier there are special domestic regions, which our couriers have given us that cost more to post to. Therefore, if your postcode falls into any of these regions listed below additional surcharges will automatically be applied when ordering. Please enquire by emailing us at for a quote and we will get back to you with any additional postage costs. Please be aware that these special domestic regions take longer than average to deliver to.
